Estimates of $55B to $100B of loans are maturing this year on deals funded within the past decade when finance market conditions were more liberal.  What are the prospects for those loans that are sub-performing and not readily refinanceable today?  As these loans are approaching renewals, are lenders extending debt?  Will CMBS enter the game?  Or, are more foreclosures on the horizon and the game is over?  Learn how owners and lenders are approaching these loans, and possible strategies for borrowers stuck with residential and commercial loans just before the end of the game.

Shark Tank brings together real money and real deals with a celebrity panel of “sharks” to vet the deals and offer the audience a look behind the closed doors of an investment committee.
